I have added postini message protection for 4 accounts to the domain highgroveglass.com.au however at Purchase is complete! Continue with setup. (step 4 of 4) when I click the continue with Setup button after the purchase was completed or if I go to the link provided via email.and try to continue I get the following message
We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later."
I have tried to do this both logged in and out of my account....
It has been over 4 weeks now since I purchased this
I have since tried to contact google (not an easy task at all) and have been told my problem has been passed on to the relevant department about 3 times
I was then told a ticket had been created but I was given no way to access it????
Ive tried, but as I can't get a PIN via postini its virtually impossible.
I think google really need to improve their customer support it seems almost impossible to get this resolved
Can anyone please please take a look at this for me as my client is absolutely furious and I'm currently paying for nothing!
