It sounds like for large orders they go to a reseller.  I am a small business looking for Hosted Spam/Virus filtering.  I've hit the "contact sales" button for the past 2 weeks and never received a call back from Google.  Any ideas?  I'm trying to buy your product and you guys are making it hard to do so.  Very frustrating.
