I have been using Postini for a year or more as my spam filter for my users / customers.

Yesterday I tried to purchase additional accounts - it got towards the end of the process (entered credit card etc) and then on some page about google checkout & accepting terms & conditions it just kept reloading

Now every time I try to login via
https://www.google.com/a/lemoncat.com
It says I have purchased the additional accounts but if I go to Postini it says I have not.

Further - I can't seem to go anywhere from the sucess message - I can't get back to any sort of meaningful control pannel or home page that makes any sense to me

I apear to be in some limbo state - unable to restart the purchase and clearly the purchase is not complete.

I did not recieve any emails or other confirmation the purchase was sucessful

It looks as if everything has changed since I last purchased Postini accounts & I am thoroughly confused..... really very simple request, just want to spend some money with you and failing

Tried posting to support on http://support.google.com/a/bin/request.py?&premium=1&contact_type=cuf and it is demanding a User PIN to submit a quesiton - what is my user PIN / how do I find this out?
