We have been using Postini that was purchased through a third party, Vanquish.  At one time Vanquish had their own spam filtering service but they transferred the service to Positini a year ago.  We were paid up through June which is when Postini stopped working. I tried to contact Vanquish but could not log on to any of the forums that I had used in the past.  Since their fee was higher than using Postini directly I tried to arrange directly through JustHost.  When I tried to switch I received the following message, "Unable to install for (postini() - Domain already in use with Postini. There was an error with the Postini servers, which means your domain is probably already installed with a previous hosting company. Please contact them to remove your domain from their account, so we can continue installing".  I can't remove the account because I do not know how to contact them.  I tried deleting our account and I could not delete the administrator account because there was still a user and the user was the administrator.  I was able to delete all other users.  I tried suspending me as a user which was the wrong thing to do since I now cannot log on.  Who can fix this?
