I need to renew our Message Security account but cannot do so because apparantly a billing account was never setup a year ago. I have submitted the issue via the following link that has been suggested by FrankM in other posts:
When I submit the info there, I receive an email that directs me back to this forum to look for help from other users. What do I do at this point?
