This outage is going on 10+ hours now? Google can't provide an ETA to me over the phone? I have not recieved any communicaiton from Google concerning any aspect of this outage via email or phone as promised. A bit tough to justify the use of Postini to the CIO and the owner of my company with multi-hour mystery outages.
Hopefully the operations folks handling this outage at the data center where the outage occured get the message that regular status updates during an outage is a key component in problem reoslution. This should not be news to anyone working in a data center.
