11-18-2011, I am having the same problem with Win 7 64 bit build 117.43. I am also having a problem with my Epson scanner 4490 crashing even tho the driver is latest and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times and the system says it is functioning properly. A few days ago it was great. I checked the Windows Media Player and it is latest, would an Adobe Flash problem contribute? I get an install error on its update every time also.
