Hi,  I have the same problem.  It seems like every time to go to Picasa, I have 20 or more empty Blogger Albums.  I see that we can delete them (though this is a very slow process using the web interface), but is there a way to disconnect Blogger from my Picasa account or at least prevent it from making future albums?
