The limit in the uploader is imposed by the the public API for the Picasa Web Albums service, and documented for developers in the link below.
When a higher limit is available from the API, the uploader limit will be adjusted upwards accordingly.
Picasa itself is not restricted to the public API, so it already has higher limits. |
