Just deleted every album uploaded to Picasa (either through Picasa or through Google+) since the Google+ release to see if it is a straight file-space issue. I tried an upload again with some reduced file size, small JPG images of about 50 KB/image average. Still getting the red "Server Rejected" message through both Google+ and Picasa.
Interestingly, Picasa is now saying that I am not using any of my storage, although I am. This is a change from this morning.
I will do another upload tomorrow to see if it starts behaving after it has had time to realize that the pictures are gone.
It would be really, really nice if someone from Google would post even a quick update on this issue. Google+ has a very good architecture, but I will not encourage people to use it until I know that it won't cause them needless frustration. |
