Hi: Do you mean they were transferred from Picasa Web Albums to Google+? Actually, they are not transferred, the albums are both places. If you want to see and work on them in PWA, just log on here: Everything that was originally there should still be there. PWA and Google+ are just different views into the same albums. Picasa no longer has a direct link to PWA but if you are logged in to G+ you can always use the link above (Make it a shortcut on your desktop) to get into PWA The other way is to disable your Google+ account, then PWA is back.
