Good to hear you are working on it - I can't stress the importance of this enough - the red line does not bother me, what really bothers me is that if the computer is a bit busy, the image first turns out with the colors, white balance and contrast it's supposed to have, and then in a second it dims down to what is probably the raw image. So it seems Picasa (and picasa viewer) actually does everything right at first - then screws up or forgets the camera settings somehow. Looking forward to the update!
