I have Samsung Galaxy Android 2.2 with the old Market. To get Flipboard, I have to go to browser and Google Play and click "Install". The dialog box show I can only download using T-Mobile cellular, not WiFi. Why?

I check and verify I am running WiFi and able to browse other sites using WiFi.
