I'm still pissed at both Google AND Samsung. Other than some vague statements from "Paul", there has not been an acknowledgement from either that a problem exists. Talk to a carrier agent and they say they have never heard of any of these problems we are experiencing. The report from Sean O'shea doesn't mention who he talked to at Google, (maybe Paul?), didn't mention the silent treatment we have all received from Samsung, Google, and the carriers, and really nothing about how widespread the problem is............ etc. |
