I spoke to Samsung and they were more than willing to take the phone in for repair.. and attempt to rectify the issue, while paying for the UPS shipping too. Google on the other hand lied to all of us, and has dragged this on for months. So to me, I really don't have any big issue with Samsung, with the exception of the phone hardware being buggy as hell (and having been a hardware guy in the past, shit happens to hardware in manufacturing) as they were more than willing to at least attempt to rectify the problem. Google on the other hand, dragging this crap on for months, lying to their customers encouraging them not to send the phones in to Samsung.. ignoring us.. making us have false hope of a fix.. basically treating us all like dirt. wow. I'm still in shock at the entire situation.
If i didn't love the droid OS, and there was another OS id prefer to use... this wouldn't piss me off so much. I have plenty of other phones to use. but, I'm starting to wonder if this is a sign of things to come with droid/google in the future.. :( RIM had an 'awesome' OS at the beginning too.. and look what has happened to them.
