The one on the Google Play store had version 4.0.5, but that's not what your looking for.

Not sure about the link sorry. The only link I've seen is Google play store.

Maybe somebody has it or will know more about that version you are talking about. Update this post from time to time or it will go off page pretty fast and most likely won't be seen again.
