      I don't think there will ever be one, in order to get rid of apps that came with your cell are mostly part of the O/S made by Google. Or your Carrier put them in.

   And in order to get rid of o/s apps(not recommended IMHO) you must root your cell and once done nobody with touch or help you on a rooted phone mainly your carrier will void the warranty if they find out.

        Not sure what you want to get rid of, but if it's part of the o/s you must root your device.
