Appointments created, editing/changed and/or deleted in google calendars on a PC are not syncing to the phones - iPhone4 and HTC Incredible 2. There is no rhyme or reason, that we can determine, that causes the non-sync. We've completed all the troubleshooting steps provided (several times over). And they typically fix the problem for about 2-3 weeks, then appts stop syncing at random.
There is one person in our office that is creating the appts. She has full access to create and modify appts in all our staffs calendars. Is there an issue with how a person creates and modifies an appt that can determine its syncing success? Are there certain things we need to be incorporating or not doing to prevent this? I.e. - using Google Crome instead of Firefox for a browser? |
