The same error for me. It started to occur when I installed Linkedin app. It didn't work, so I uninstalled it inmediately.
Now that I see all this thread, I link this error to the app.
After deleting all other accounts (WhatsApp and Dropbox), it started to work again.
Could it be Dropbox? I activated "Camera automatic uploads" recently.
