I have 4 Sync accounts. Google, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Twitter.
I have confirmed removing LinkedIn from the sync list, allows uploads to Picasa. I tried this with Twitter and it still wouldnt allow me to upload to Picasa as long as LinkedIn was there. Adding LinkedIn again will stop Picasa from uploading.

I am NOT gonna try this with Whatsapp because i rely on this too much.
