I have lost the ability to connect via USB to my Macbook. Even reinstalled the recommended software on the Mac, but the Nexus physical connection never results in a file box opening that would allow me to transfer.

The unit will stay on when I plug it in, but I can shut it off. Battery life is as good or better. |
