I had exactly the same issue - managed to sort it by wiping the phone from the recovery menu (including the davlik cache) and allowing the phone to re-initialise ICS.
This only lasted for a couple of weeks though - for some reason the USB has started misbehaving once again, so I'm going to transfer all of my photos wirelessly and then do it again.. about time we got a new ROM with a fix! |
