dear enable DATA Network mode (it will provide you Edge or GPRS or 3G ) and you become online

there is no way other than connecting ur mobile to internet live on google accounts as it does not store local cached passwords on your cell

you have to do it like i did twice when i forgotten my pattern on my ICS 4.0.3 on Galaxy SII :)

see screen and if there when you are trying to restart your cell just enable (DATA Network mode) and then try to login on Google account

but do verify the password and user on a PC just to make sure you type correct login details
