Installed the latest OTA Jelly Bean update

In the last two days, apps started crashing left and right. My Gmail stops before I can open it, my keyboard crashes over and over. I've tried rebooting in safe mode to no avail. Do I just need to wait for an update to fix? Is there anything I can do to solve the program proactively?
