Google SMS Search ( described at http://www.google.com/mobile/sms/search/#sms-demo ) doesn't return local weather (when accessed via SMS on an actual mobile device): "W 10013",  "WEATHER 10013",  "W NYC",   "WEATHER NYC", "W New York, NY" all return local listings instead of local weather.
