Same problem for me, so annoying... The silence of Google let me very sad and unsatisfied. Only 1 year of usage without damage or falls and here is the result. So many people around the net with the same issue, seems pretty common, symptom that something went wrong in Samsung or Google. I hope this is a firmware bug so it can be fixed with an update. At the moment I don't know if I will buy another Samsung phone...
