Google, can you make each of Car Home's Phone Apps (which can operate in landscape mode; i.e. the apps from the Phone tabs) available to all developers?  And/or can you allow each Phone tab to rotate its' app into landscape mode?  If you support the developer community to make apps that enhance or replace what you already provide, it would be very helpful if you provided access to these landscape views.  Thanks
