I followed the suggestion provided here by Paul of Google. Swapped out my Galaxy Nexus for a new phone. Second call I made with it, the voice dropped out after just a couple minutes.
Made half a dozen calls since then and haven't experienced it. But I've already talked to Verizon who is mailing me yet another new one. But they've advised me it's unlikely to solve the problem since it appears to be a problem on Google's end.
So basically it appears we're all waiting on Google to make a phone work as a phone. |
