I don't care if the big G is listening! It is just not acceptable to retail defective mobile equipment. I have worked as an R.F. engineer for most European OEM's and even dropped calls are taken as a system wide failure. The fact that a phone was released to market with such a critical problem as a shutdown and reboot within a call is unforgivable(what would happen in a .911 emergency call). I am growing tired of parsing for fixes and coming up with work arounds for this phone. It is also unfair that engineers are using consumers to do detailed fault finding reports. I have exactly the same fault as described in this thread, the crash also drains the battery by 10percent for every 30 seconds it is in the fault state. I would like to say I have had every other fault described in the Nexus S sub section in this forum with my Nexus S. |
