On saturday I got the ICS 4.03 code OTA. SInce then, this issues is back.

But unfortunately, like with other updates where I was able to recover by reflashing manually the whole thing, this time I cannot even unlock the boot loader. The phone is really stuck here.

Never again a Google Phone!!
