Guys its definitivly a temperature issue.

i spend like 2 hours reading almost all the topic (and the other one too) and tried this:

 

after the reboot dance, i was to pissed... i let the phone recharging in my bed...

after a couple of time, i tryied again and it worked... why? it was preety warm.

ok so i keeped it without dying for a week or more... Today i tryed to rebot it... to see if it stoped

 

guess what?

 

So... after spend 2 hours reading, i let the nexus between two computer coollers for a while, and then it worked! Try it guys, warm it up and try turning on your nexus

for me it worked in the first attempt... (the NS was preety hot bytheway)

Anyway, i know that the problem isnt solved... i know if i turn off the phone it will freze again but... at last its working
