After begging for months to Samsung Europe to repair my "freezing" phone, I decided to tell them that I would sue the customer service, since apart for returning to me 3 times the phone without even look at it, the last time they tried to root it, hoping to fix a damaged SD card with that!!!. End result: they bricked the stupid phone. But that was not all, they just sent it back to me, without telling anything or repairing anything. When I picked the phone from the post, it didn't freeze anymore wee, it was just bricked and that's it, could not even turn it on. So after writing them that I would sue them, they finally decided to repair the phone, hahahaha. Can you believe it? MONTHS of efforts, letters, calls to customer service and they could have done this since the beginning! The most disgusting company in the world is SAMSUNG. I am never going to buy shit from them anymore.
They replaced the motherboard and the SD card, that's how they fixed it. But now, I cannot charge any battery that is not the one that came bundle with the phone hahahahahah... |
