Ok, I've tried again to switch off the phone and the problem is still there!!!

Fuck that! How can Big G give us no explanation??
It's unbelievable how THE cellphone made for Android have so many issues (like not perfect browsing and this huge problem)!

At least, if it's an hardware problem, tell us to send the cellphone to the Samsung and that's it!
