"sparks forming Nexus logo", and phone freezes 2. "Google logo", and freezes 3. I get past the Google / sparky Nexus logos, and the screens / menus are unresponsive 4. I get past the Google / sparky Nexus logos, and as soon as I try to use any of the menus - I get the "com.android.XXXX" has failed
It could be any of the above - at random.I've restored my phone to factory settings - phone wakes up with 2.3.4 (btw, had 2.3.3 when I bought the phone, received the OTA upgrade 2.3.4). Basically all my apps / settings etc are gone; but the software update seems to have remained. @ Paul / othersĀ - have you seen all the above issues happen to the same phone at random? Is there a single solution? @ rogier.s.p.h .. can you tell me what was the United States address you sent the phone to? Im from Mumbai, India; local tech support have given me the "Dear Santa, the North Pole" equivalent of reaching Google.. I could really with some precise info. |
