One more.  I have tried 20 times... will try 20 more... to reboot it.  Talked to Samsung and their reply was to send ti to them.  Would take 7-10 days.  Needs a re-flash.  Does anyone have directions on how to re-flash your-self.  I guess I would also need a image.  I am not sure what happened to mine.  I actually turned it off last night.  It was around 40% power and I had a short call in the morning.  Instead of running down 2 flights of stairs I shut it off.  Google / Samsung... any hints other than be without your phone for 10 days would be appreciated.
