I've the boot problem. After a shutdown, the phone does not boot up. It requires multiple retries with battery removals in between to boot it up. Gets stuck on the Google logo (all button lights lit up)

The problem started at the same time when I started having the hang issue. Hang issue is resolved with 2.3.4.

To paul/google: It would be nice if someone could explain why only some phones had the hang issue. Is the software fix good enough, or is it just a workaround.
