Hi,

I have the same problem, my phone freezes with Google logo after a full discharge. I've tried many times removing the battery and no success.
Now I will try the heating solution.

- Which phone you have: Nexus S
- What version of Android you're running: 2.3.6
- What build of Android you're running : I don't know, It's not booting

Any fix yet?
