No Latitude history for the last three weeks

I have searched for similar issues and found nothing.

I appear to have location history setting "on" in the handset which is a Sony Ericsson X10 and I even received the "Google Location History Privacy Reminder" email in the last 24 hours. Thus it would appear to be enabled.

Prior to this three week period the location history data is available and seems to be correct.

Any suggestions?
