I have now gone back to my original phone the LG P500h... At least this piece of shit works.
These problems even exist more so on some of the Samsung models which was my only other android option.

So when this one dies I will budget for an iPhone or a windows phone seems the only option.

Currently as this continues to be or remain unresolved, I'd advise anyone who is thinking of getting a new phone in any brand or model not to consider anything with the Android operating system in it.
Why, because of the Zero Customer Service if or when you need it. Millions of phones in landfill sites or shelved... Absolutely Brilliant.!!!!
