Thx for reply. It’s not a volume problem, it’s a volume button problem. The app is supposed to override the volume button control temporararily to answer the phone. I’m pretty sure it’s not just my phone -- this problem was also mentioned at Tedd's Droid Tools: “Attention Android 2.3 Users: The answer/reject call tool will not work on Android 2.3.”
As for my chat with the dev, he kept asking for ‘the video,’ I said what video, he said refunded, which he did, but I can’t get his attention anymore. It was an awkward conversation and I guess it ticked him off. I ended up buying it again just to make sure it wasn’t me causing it. I still can’t tell, so that’s why I’ll probably revert to FroYo -- just because I got so used to pressing the vol-up button when the phone rings.
Besides, the difference between FroYo and Gingerbread, at least on my phone, is otherwise indistinguishable anyway... |
