I hope somebody can help me.  I have the Nokia Lumia 900.  I set up my(2) Gmail accounts and on one of my accounts, that I use for my business, some of my emails are being delivered with the exclamation symbol(urgent?) right next to the email on the device.  However when I go to my laptop of desktop, the same emails are not showing up as urgent.  The emails still show urgent moving to different folders on my smartphone, but not urgent in the laptop/desktop.  I've already "uninstalled" the Gmail account on the device and re-installed it with the same "urgent" symbol(s) next to some of the emails.  I have not seen any options on the phone or desktop to change this.  Please help!  Thanks in advance.
