There have been several posts recently regarding Google Play on Android devices. For issues with Google Play we highly recommend checking the Google Play Help Center and using Google Play's one-to-one support channels - you can reach the Google Play team by phone or email.

While we'd like to be able to address Google Play issues on this forum, the types of questions we're seeing about Google Play are often related to errors specific to the poster's particular device, network configuration, version of Android and version of the Play Store app. When you contact the Google Play team directly, they can obtain the necessary follow-up information to diagnose the issue.

If your question isn't covered in the Google Play Help Center, you can get answers directly from the Google Play team by emailing them or giving them a call so they can give you individualized support.
