you'll have to find a way to recover the old ids.

you can ask your friends about the mail ids your mails used to come from.

then visit gmail.com and try to recover the password.

if you had bothered to enter alternate email info or associated phone number info, it would help in the recovery.

otherwise don't expect google to work with individuals and hand out access to your old mail id (even if you could find it out in the first place). At the scale they deal with, it isn't feasible to distinguish genuine requests from fake ones unless you yourself took the extra step to help them identify you (alternate id, phone no, ...).
