OMG!, I have had the same problems with my samsung jet as u ajudge and done exactly thesame thing as you did too. Very frustrating spoke to my
network provder who can't help much and directed me to Samsung. The person I spoke to at Samsung told me that I'd have to back up my info on a computer, so they can master set it. What a pain! I have had other probs with Samsung and its the 1st time I've bought a Samsung. I used to be a Nokia fan before that. So looks like I'll have to back up the info so they can master set it!
