Sorry if I am bringing up an old thread here but I am also having this same issue and it's really annoying.
Since the update to 2.3.3 I have had SMS delays up to and over 1 hour and it's becoming rather friggin annoying if I am honest. HTC just blame the network provider and are unwilling to even look into it even though I have shown them I am not the only one with this issue.. they just say they don't get involved in "Forum Debates". I love my HTC don't get me wrong, but this latest update and the support from them is useless.
Anyone found a solution other than the GSM one? Because honestly that isn't a fix.. it's a downgrade for a smartphone.
I am on Orange and they at least tried to look up to see if the cell tower in my area was having some issues (To which it wasn't) so I have no idea what I can do now to even get around this issue.. HTC won't do anything to help me. |
