I wanted to build a website that can be viewed from mobile phones. I found the template etc. but when I went to start and selected the template I wanted to use, I was directed to a NTLWORLD.COM log in page. (we use ntlworld. as our email and website provider.) I signed in as usual, but then a message came up saying that I could not use Google products with ntlworld.com. I totally do not get this.

How come my google account has got joined to ntworld.com and why wont google let me build a website using their templates to enable our business to be viewed by mobile devises?
