I'm going to say it's your phones, because I'm running nexus s that I flashed onto my I9020a and I have had not a single problem, and I've also had significate battery life increse since I upgraded from 2.3.6, I say this because I'm running the exact same build as all you T-mobile users other then the radio frequency considering I had to flash that aswell to work with my provider.
