I recently updated to ICS 4.0 on my Droid RAZR Maxx and have noticed a nasty bug with the accessibility talkback feature.  It seems that when enabled for the first time, I go into the settings for TalkBack.  I disabled the feedback setting notifications and it worked fine.  After restarting device, the sound and vibration feedback were enabled again.  When going back into the talkback settings to disable those settings, I noticed that they were unchecked.  I had to check and uncheck those feedback settings to disable them again.  It seems I have to repeat the process every time I restart or power off device.  I have reset the device several times but the bug rmains.   It is quite annoying that disabling feedbacck settings are not saving.  From what I can remember the VZW Galaxy Nexus does not have this problem and it too is on ICS
