I installed Google+ and turned on instant upload. I set it to upload both photos and videos over Wi-Fi only. I then chose to "upload all photos and videos." I have about 700 photos on my iPhone. It uploaded about 100 of them and then got "stuck." I rebooted the iPhone based on suggestions from another forum post. I then canceled the upload and restarted it. It did it's "preparing" thing and then uploaded another 150 or so and then got stuck. I rebooted and it uploaded one or two more and then got stuck. Rebooted, canceled and restarted, and it's staying stuck.
