I
have upgraded my Google Nexus S to Android 4.0.3 (official OTA
upgraded) and, after that, the Instant Upload does not work anymore
on Google+.
With
Android 2.3 it was working fine on my Nexus S, i.e. every time I
enabled the WiFi, my phone's photos and videos were automatically
uploaded in background without any problem.
My
Google+ Instant Upload settings are:

Enabled.

Upload photos only when there is a Wi-Fi connection available.
- Upload
photos only when there is a Wi-Fi connection available.

Roaming uploads : Disabled.

Battery uploads : Disabled
